What “30% before handover” means
The 30% combines the 10% booking payment and 20% during construction. It is not a further 30% added to the booking amount. Each payment is calculated from the contractual price of the unit you select, so fixed payment sums would not apply to every home.
How the construction instalments work
The supplied schedule states 5% every three months, totalling 20% during construction. Request a dated schedule attached to your agreement. Confirm the first instalment date, payment method and how the contract handles changes in the construction or completion timetable.

Prepare for the 70% balance
Most of the price remains due at handover, scheduled for 2029. Plan how that balance will be paid before committing to the booking. Any future mortgage, resale or refinancing is a separate decision and cannot be assumed approved or available. Check the contract’s deadlines and late-payment terms.
Keep purchase costs separate from instalments
The supplied offer states zero agency commission, subject to written confirmation for the chosen unit. Registration, administration and ongoing service charges may still apply. Request an itemised cost sheet and check what the price includes. The contract is in AED; dollar prices on this site are approximate, rounded illustrations.
