A green community, not just a garden
The project brochure describes 25% parks and green open space, six residential clusters and a central park of 1.7 million square feet. These are planned masterplan figures. Ask where your unit sits relative to the park, paths and shared facilities; proximity and outlook can differ between homes.
Match the home to your family routines
Start with everyday life: who needs a quiet workspace, where children will play and how you host relatives. Request the exact floor plan, interior area, orientation and outdoor-space details. Interior concepts in the brochure show different home types; they do not define the furnishing package of every unit.

Check the amenities you will actually use
The supplied list includes play areas, jogging tracks, pools, gyms, clubhouses and retail. Separate men’s and women’s facilities are listed. Private pools and landscaped backyards belong to selected villas. Ask which facilities serve your cluster, when they are planned to open and what ongoing charges apply.
Plan a move, not only a purchase
Handover is scheduled for 2029. Keep your present housing arrangements and the contract’s completion terms in view. Assess school options, your commute and healthcare independently; the supplied material does not establish a guaranteed school place or a verified travel time. Choose using the facts for your own household.
